SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering expert services for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency mentioned it is actually alarmed with regards to the higher amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office devoted to service the area on a daily basis. The services stage developed for intervention activities a significant influx of likely beneficiaries, which makes it hard to the office to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will status sassa mobilise much more resources to empower the servicing of all buyers and enhance entry to Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
